Car Entry Registration
The Tailgate Ranch is at the corner of FM 203 and Hwy 144 in Walnut Springs (very important to note, since some gps programs can’t find our address @ 157 FM 203, Walnut Springs, TX 76690).
Please fill out the registration form and forward it to me at Julia@tailgateranchtx.com, or you can register on the day of the show. Vehicle registration gets you 2 free gate entries and 1 t-shirt per vehicle while supplies last. 100% of the net profits from this show will be donated to Wheels for Wellness Cancer Charity organization, a 501c3 that supports the research, awareness and treatment for cancer, especially in adolescents and teens.
We’d like all vehicles in place no later than 8:30 am, as gates will open at 9:00, and the show starts at 10 (the Boy Scouts of America will be posting the colors and the national anthem will be sung at 10:30). Anyone that arrives after 9:30 AM may not be eligible for entry, due to safety issues. The show technically ends at 4:00, but we will get the judging done and winners announced as soon as the judges are ready, so it may be closer to 2:30-3:00. At that time you may move your vehicle out (or stay for more festivities, bands, or overnight camping for $5/person!).
12 car categories with custom trophies including Street Rod, Rat Rod, Classic, Motorcycle, Truck, Lowrider, Import, Muscle, Antique Tractor, (either Corvette or VW – this class is pending), People’s Choice, and Best of Show!
A Swap Meet (no official charge – just donate a little something to Wheels for Wellness based on your sales from the day!), a Car bash, and a kiddie tractor pedal pull

The 4th annual Walnut Springs Car Show at the Tailgate Ranch on August 26, 2017 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, with an afterparty until 10 PM and overnight camping is available! The Car Show is family friendly, and kids 10 and under are FREE! There will be a swap meet as well! Bring y our parts and pieces, and make a donation to the Wheels for Wellness donation box before you leave, based on your sales… NO SET PRICE TO SELL! We will also have vendors (application below), food, and drinks! Free parking.
Bring your tent/hammock/self contained RV and camp Saturday night for $5/person!

Zootap FM Radio live broadcast/mc will be there all day!
CAR SHOW and TRACTOR LOVERS! Grab your little ones and come out to the car show to see the Glen Rose Antique Tractor Club, and enter your kiddo in the Kiddie Pedal Tractor Pull at 11:00! Lloyd Wirt and the club have committed to hosting the kiddie pull, and every contestant wins a t-shirt!

Vendors must be set up and in place by no later than 9:00 am (when the gates open to the public). There is no specific vendor fee, other than a donation to the charity before you leave for the day.

Wheels for Wellness will receive 100% of the net profits from the car show, so let’s do this thing right! Cancer has impacted several loved ones in our lives, so this cause is close to our heart and we’d love to champion this event in honor of those we’ve lost to this terrible disease.
Wheels for Wellness, Inc., is a 501(c)(3) charitable non-profit organization. They host events throughout the year including the annual Downtown Fort Worth car show to raise money for various causes including Cancer Awareness, Cancer Prevention, Cancer Treatment, and Cancer Research. They help support the Prostate Cancer Research Center at THR Harris Fort Worth, Cancer Research at UNTHSC, and the Fort Worth Adolescent and Young Adult Oncology Coalition.
